Boot Camp H2O aquatic fitness is a HIGH INTENSITY water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym.
Currently located in Los Angeles, this program is UNIQUE because it is a rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises. Unlike many water based fitness programs that target mainly senior citizens and people recovering from injury, Boot Camp H2O sets new standards in water based fitness that CHALLENGES swimmers of all ages and physical shape.
