We are very excited to introduce our new location to Chicago's lively west loop! We are a fitness facility that focuses on healthy bodies and minds for women everywhere. we have a variety of classes that not only workout, shape, and tone the female body, but we also concentrate on embracing sisterhood. We believe that women need to not only build and maintain a strong body but also self esteem.
