We provide services for Windows and Macintosh computer networks. We work with PBX's, printers, plotters, desktops, laptops, servers, and routers to provide a 'single-point' solution for your company's IT needs.

Digitalgeek's primary mission is to provide managed IT services (voice/data/web) for small and mid-sized businesses in the Baltimore/Washington area (local SMB's).

We act as a virtual 'IT" department for our clients, providing a single point of contact and affording them the same benefits large corporate networks enjoy from their in-house IT department. Although we are not exclusively Microsoft based, we have implemented for the majority of our clients Windows 2003 Small Business Server Premium or Windows 2007/08 Server (utilizing Sharepoint, Exchange, IIS, etc). We also setup and maintain dedicated firewall appliances and support vpn/RDP solutions.

Roughly 30% of our work involves website design/administration/development. Approximately 20% of our clients are home users/families. 75% of our business clients have annual service contracts with us. ( most include 24/7 network monitoring/priority troubleshooting/general maintenance/and a rigorous disaster recovery plan executed every 4 month)
