225 Dance Fitness

225 Dance Fitness was established in 2012 by Zumba(r) Fitness instructor LaTonya Rounds. LaTonya discovered Zumba(r) after attending a class at a local gym and was hooked. She began attending classes regularly and soon started to feel and SEE the benefits of the Zumba(r)program. As a student, LaTonya met many friends who noticed her love for Zumba, and often mentioned the joy she displayed during class. For those reasons LaTonya was inspired to share her love for Zumba(r) Fitness with others by becoming an instructor. Once receiving her certification, LaTonya immediately began teaching classes and sharing her passion for dance and fitness. Her mission is to empower women and girls to live an abundant life that illuminates wellness, clarity and evolution.
