Emerald Organic Products delivers heirloom quality dry-aged organic grass-fed beef, organic pork, and poultry products. All products are USDA Organic Certified. Much like many organic consumers, we found that the ability to source consistently high-quality protein products was difficult and time consuming. Our desire to deliver the best product available led us to a multi-year search for sources of organic cattle, hogs and poultry around the United States to find what we would consider the best in organic livestock.

Our current line of organic grass-fed beef products are sourced from family farms in the sand hills of Nebraska, the home of organic grass-fed beef. Our farmers take care to assure only the finest quality. All of our farmers and processors follow the humane practices in raising and handling animals. Our primary focus in delivering product to you is working with farms that have built sustainability as a cornerstone of their operations. All of our animals are raised without the use of antibiotics, hormones or GMO feeds and allowed to graze freely on certified organic pasture land. This assures delicious, high quality products delivered directly to your table.

All of our beef is dry aged for 14 days before being portion cut using age old hand cutting practices versus conventional machine cutting methods. This method of cutting provides a more consistently sized and trimmed product. Purchasing steaks in a retail environment often leads to difficultly cooking as a result of inconsistently cut product. Our product delivers butcher shop quality directly to your door. All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx insulated with our foam cooler and packed on dry ice to assure they are frozen upon arrival.
