Design Development Construction is a family owned and operated firm with over 40 years of experience. We undertake projects ranging from new homes to kitchen/bath renovations all the way to siding & roof installations. We maintain an in-house crew of skilled craftsmen & a full time mill work shop, and we assign a project manager to each project. These three factors allow us to expedite the bidding and construction process, reduce the lead time on mill work, and ensure quality control. Our team maintains daily documentation of all job sites with photographs, videos, and notes that are summarized and delivered weekly to clients in the form of 'weekly progress reports'. Job site meetings are held regularly with clients to ensure that the final product is exactly as they had hoped. In addition to job quality, we are also a big proponent of job site safety and cleanliness. We ensure each site is tidy before we leave and regularly hold safety meetings.
