ZUMBA Fitness(r) provides an invigorating, effective, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance for the active enthusiast. No previous experience is necessary. 12 yrs and older welcome. You will be taught the steps and encouraged to groove at your own pace. Wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes. Bring a towel and a water bottle! Good time guaranteed!
