My approach to exercise and good health is simple. I want you to feel safe and comfortable by going back to the basics and making modifications as you improve physically and mentally. Your posture and form are some of the most importance pieces of a resistance training program. Individual stretches and self mobilization exercises are crucial for a successful program. The resistance training exercises I choose for you are broken down into a functional form so you can learn how to move your body and operate it at it's optimum level. A more neuromusclar efficient body means more rapid results in and out of the gym!

All nutrition plans are kept simple, easy to follow, but still individualized to your needs. Whole, natural, and unprocessed foods are the best way to keep your body performing at a high level. I know it sounds silly, but everything you put into your body becomes you.

Progress is measured by improving quality of life, but if an inch or a pound is lost in the process, that's great! If I can help you squat deeper, run farther, lose some weight, get stronger, or even improve your energy level, that's a win.
