Founded in 2005, Hunter-Kelsey of Texas LLC is an Austin based company with a mission to help our customers save money on their property taxes and save their most valuable asset from foreclosure. We only do property tax loans and have had the good pleasure to serve over 7,000 customers. We are owned by Texans, only use Texas vendors, have all of our operations and team members in Austin, and only lend on property in Texas. We are licensed by the State of Texas' Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC), have all of our loan officers licensed by OCCC and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), are a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and a proud member of the Texas Property Tax Lienholders Association.
