As a trial practitioner, speaker and author in commercial litigation claims in courts and securities forums, Chuck Tobin is a well-known trial lawyer. In addition to his law degree, he holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation.

He has chaired the Trial Lawyers’ Section of the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the Bar of the District of Columbia’s Litigation Committee. At the national level he led the American Bar Association’s Trial Evidence Committee for three years and is a member of PIABA, the Public Investor Arbitration Bar Association, the nation’s leading association of lawyers representing investors.

The rating is awarded by Martindale-Hubbell®, a Lexis-Nexis Company®, based on its surveys of other trial lawyers and judges.
