On Site Estate Sales / Auctions
We conduct live oral auctions at your location. Once you’ve removed everything you are keeping, we organize, set up and sell the remaining estate items. A complete inventory is created from the items sold, and the house is left broom swept. Additional or modified services are available depending on your situation. Call for free consultation.

Buy Out – Cash Paid For Estates
We offer a hassle free Cash Buy-Out option for Small Estates, Retirement Centers, Storage Units, Apartments, and the like, and where time and location are not appropriate for an onsite sale. Cash is paid at the time of pick up.

Consignments Accepted at Our ESU Auction Center
We accept single items to full truckloads at our ESU Auction Center in Hillsboro. Consignments must meet a quality and desirability minimum. Your personal property will be sold at our weekly Auction. Consignor checks are generated weekly. Commissions are based on the auctioned price of each item sold. Consignments are accepted on Monday and Tuesdays from 9am to 4pm (by appointment only) and Saturdays 9am – 11am. Check out more information & our consignment rates on our “Consignor Info” page.
