I purchase a extended auto warranty from Turnkey Auto Group almost a year ago and actually forgot all about it and then a few weeks ago my radiator overheated then actually caused my engine to completely cease up. As you can imagine, I was absolutely in a panic. Then I remembered that I bought a policy from Turnkey and at the time I bought it I was told that it was the best coverage that I could get at the time for my car. I thought that there was no way they were going to cover the radiator and my engine as well. Well I had a friend help me get the car back to my house and I contacted Turnkey the next morning not knowing what to expect. Their customer service completely took over and before I knew it there was a tow truck at my house and my car was on the way to figure out what was wrong with it. When I heard that the bill was for $7200 I almost had a heart attack!! Then I almost had another when I was told not to worry...the only thing I was responsible for was my $100 deductible!! I really do not know what I would have done if I didn't purchase that warranty. I most certainly did not have that kind f money. I would have lost my job and it would have been bad for me. I cannot express enough what this company did for me or how much it means to me. I will be a Turnkey customer for Life!!
