Our tuneups include virus and mal-ware removal, returning security settings to the factory defaults, getting all updates, and removing unwanted programs running in the background. Customers get a report of what happened and programs to prevent recurrence. The result is a computer that runs as good as new, but some say better than new. We have a 100% two-week warranty against re-infection, and nine-months warranty after that. Most customers go several years between tune ups, and often they have a new computer. Returning customers receive a 10% discount for life for themselves and family members.
