When you enter our 2,100 sq ft production office loft, you’ll step across polished concrete floors and enjoy an open layout with an abundance of natural light throughout. Our 12th floor corner unit features two walls of windows that will stir your imaginations as you plan out the perfect shot against our unobstructed views into Downtown LA.

Make large film trucks, expensive furniture and equipment, and finding last minute crew a thing of the past with our studio’s provided furnishings, equipment, and even staff. A mixture of props and lighting options are available to assist you in creating your ideal stage, along with video equipment made specifically for modern day’s DSLR-based film productions. We also have an extensive list of trusted production staff available for bookings, some with as little as a 24 hour notice.
