Dr. Willa Litvack, Registered Psychologist, Aisling Psychology

Dr. Willa Litvack is a Calgary-based registered psychologist with more than 30 years of clinical experience working with adults, teens and couples. Distress, and even crisis, is a normal and necessary part of the human experience. They command our attention and alert us that something is amiss. The goal of therapy is to help you understand your experience; identify what needs to change and to make those changes. Dr. Litvack collaborates with clients to address issues large and small and foster their psychological and personal recovery and growth. She has a particular interest in issues related to trauma and abuse, as well as working extensively in the following areas; depression, anxiety, stress, pain management and much more. Concurrent with her work in clinical practice she has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels at post-secondary institutions in Toronto and Calgary University. Her enthusiasm and relaxed style of communication make her an effective ‘guest expert’, and she has made a number of appearances on Canada AM, on Global News, and on TV Ontario. Dr. Litvack’s diverse background has allowed her to acquire a broad range of skills and a depth of knowledge.
