CrossFit Mizner Park is the premier CrossFit facility of Boca Raton, Florida. Our hybrid performance program specializes in strength building, power lifting, and endurance training. We have a dedicated staff and certified trainers who are always focused on helping members of all fitness levels reach their goals. One-on-one personal training and group training are available and our crossfit facility is second to none in South Florida, equipped with all the latest equipment used in the CrossFit workout program.
