JTH Inspections is owned and operated by a person with over 35 years in construction and remodeling experience as a general contractor. I have past licenses in construction, roofing, electrical, septic, appraisals and more. JTH Inspections is owned and operated by James T. Hodgkinson license #450.000651. In addition to home inspections, I can test the quality of indoor air for mold and other air-borne substances. In order to check radon levels everyday, radon detectors are available for purchase. A radon detector offers the benefit of checking radon levels everyday instead of a one time air quality test.

I am a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. I adhere to all of their Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics. I am also a proud member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants.

In addition, JTH Inspections is an A+ rated accredited business with the St. Louis Better Business Bureau.

I run a professional Real Estate Home Inspection Service. I provide an ethical disclosure in an easy to understand and personal manner. I don't contract for repairs to properties that I have inspected in the previous twelve months. Therefore, I have no reason to show anything short of a Completely Unbiased Inspection.

When I perform a Home Inspection (which takes approx. 2 hrs)( and another 4hrs-5hrs at the computer), I will e-mail the report with pictures,imperfections, and all my findings within 24 hrs of the inspection.
