I needed to get a real orientation to what was involved in getting my locks changed - and there are quite a few details to think about like the quality of the lock/deadbolt, safety issues, pricing, finish, etc. Besides being personable, Christian was responsive, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely involved in my situation. I looked around at several places and noticed that they might have had cheaper prices at the initial quote but extra surcharges would add up to more than this company's inclusive fees - his prices are very competitive! In addition, most other companies were not providing the high grade locks that he installed. I needed the locks changed quickly and he delivered!
