Hi, my name is Adriana Dias.

I graduated from ATOM School of Oriental Medicine with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. I have a Certification from ETOSP (Sao Paulo) in Shiatsu, Do-In and Tui-na. I am also a certified in Reiki I and II.

For the last several years I have come to understand the nature of self healing. What I mean by this is that our bodies are perfect machines capable of curing and maintaining wellness. I’ve also discovered acupuncture to be one of the ways to prevent and preserve health.

Being a mother of two teenagers I wanted to look and feel my best. I exercise regularly and try to eat a balanced diet with vegetables and fruits and drink plenty of water too. But I still felt that all of my efforts still needed a little extra help, which was when I searched and learned about ENDERMOLOGIE.

I hope those who benefit from Endermologie also become more aware of their bodies’ needs, by eating healthy and having a positive attitude towards life.
