The Core, A Pilates Studio

Our pilates studio offers a variety of effective and efficient programs aimed at reaching your fitness and wellness goals in a cost effective manner. Our studio, at over 2,400 square feet, is designed to give clients a clean and pleasant environment for each workout. We offer group fitness classes as well as individual instruction for those looking for more guidance. Certified instructors teach classes ranging from trx and kettlebell to pilates and yoga.
