What more could I ask for? The price was great and they stuck to their word. I got my items quickly and intact. The crew was super nice and the sales rep NaKesha was their every step of the move. I even had questions after hours and was able to reach someone through live chat. So I finally got a job offer after looking over my portfolio for years but the trick was getting to the location with the budget I had. I was moving from Denver to South Florida so driving a ruck with the dogs and family that far was out the question. But they just made me say, "Wow!" I mean, if you look at the furniture and machinery now, you would hardly believe these things have moved to a distance of 79 miles, a real long distance move... I am very happy and also lucky that I have selected a reliable moving company to relocate our new destination NY in 31 of August. I was moved across country from a 3-level, 3-bedroom townhouse to a 3-level, stand-alone residence. They sent me a 4-man crew and one large truck. After calling several companies to compare prices, Element was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone. A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from Denise just to see if we had any questions about the quote. She was friendly, NOT pushy. After about 4 hours of packing, they were ready to roll. I had already spent the prior week off work getting the small stuff in boxes and o'lord, all the kids junk and toys. Probably the hardest part was the above ground pool that we had waited to the last second to dissembled. The kids didn't want me to take it down until they got a good swim out of it the night before. Derrick Evans was very helpful in his suggestions to pack the pool properly so it wouldn't rip or tear. I'm sure the kids were glad he did that, because the first thing they wanted to unpack? The pool! I'm impressed with Element and would hire again.

I hired this mover to pick up my house hold goods on the 19 of feb and these guys are amazing at what they do. Alex and his team really are great guys they work together and handle the job fast these guys were out in less than an hour. I'm traveling but i had to express how much this company stands next to their WORD! I had the pleasure of hiring this company and talking to Jasmine for my transportation needs and was so impressed by their wonderful customer service, their professionalism, their integrity is beyond words!! They managed to bring heavy furniture up a staircase. When they couldn't bring up my computer desk, they took it apart and put it back together perfectly! I am a student and had recently relocated. For somebody reading my review about this brand of movers, it would be my heartfelt suggestion to try them out if you need a long distance move, so I once heard somebody saying, "Yes, Joy Moving And Storage movers are good but they are really costly." And today I wonder who said so and why really! I had to shift cartons of computer accessories (hard disks, tablets, laptops, LED etc) to some 74 miles in Florida. This was the second move I made with my wife since we got married. This was her 6th move as a United Methodist Pastor. The crew Joy Moving And Storage was courteous and hard working. They seemed to have a very good attitude joking around with each other a bit and never a word of complaining about their work.The two movers arrived late and parked nearly a football field away which we did not know this information at first.
