Dr. Orr was born and raised in Grand Junction, Colorado. He became a Texan for a few years as he completed his undergraduate degree at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Dr Orr returned to Colorado to complete dental school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC) in Denver. After dental school, Dr. Orr was off to the great northwest where he completed medical school, internship in General Surgery, and residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Oregon Healt
