I would not use this company if I were you. They have plenty of guys that routinely smoke dope on the job. Because of this, it creates a lot of confusion on the job site as well as extremely unsafe work conditions. The work that some of these guys do as a result of being high on the job is embarrassing to the electrical industry. The owner, Dylan Ertell, is aware of this, and yet he does nothing about it. I would think twice about using this company. NOT A GOOD IDEA!
