Allstate Insurance: Charles Brecht

Commercial insurance is in my blood. For 30 years, it was my specialty before I opened my own Allstate agency in 2013 in West St. Paul, Minnesota, a diverse, progressive community about 10 minutes from my home. Now, I find joy in working hard to help businesses and individuals understand their insurance needs and how to assist in affordably solving them.

Community has always been important to me. My agency sponsors National Night Out, a Cinco de Mayo celebration and a Puerto Rican picnic to bring our community together.

Our focus is on business insurance and financial services along with traditional personal insurance solutions. It’s been particularly satisfying getting to know the growing numbers of Hispanic, Sudanese and Somali immigrants moving here and teaching them — in their own language — about the importance of insurance for their family’s financial future I’m proud that at my agency, we speak Spanish, English, Somali, Nuer, Amharic and Swahili.
