Mary Rowan Ishikawa: Allstate Insurance

My education and experience are rare in the insurance industry. For the first ten years of my career, I served customers as a claim’s adjuster handling property, liability, and injury claims. I was a member of the national catastrophe team. When a natural or man-made disaster occurred, I was deployed to help customers rebuild their lives. In my 35-year career, I've also provided agent education and managed customer service teams. My many experiences have helped me understand how important it is to have the right insurance for your family and business and to have an agent who will be there for you, the customer.
