Angelica Virola: Allstate Insurance

I opened my Pinole office in 2003, after opening my first agency in San Leandro in 2001. I became an Allstate representative to help create a life for my children and myself. I was a single mother of three and decided to become my own boss after my children left for school. Today, I have two offices – one in San Leandro and one here in Pinole.
I have three children, one son and two daughters, as well as eight grandchildren, all living nearby in the Fontana area. In my spare time, you'll find me gardening, walking my two dogs, Phutiee and Thuffy, or going out dancing.
I've been a member of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce since 2001 and I volunteer at the annual San Leandro Cherry Festival. My agency is proud to support many local causes and organizations, including the Allstate Foundation's Purple Purse and Disaster Preparedness.
Becoming an Allstate representative allowed me to become financially independent, leaving more time for travel and my family, two things that are important to me. I know how hard one has to work to build a life full of these meaningful experiences and knew I wanted to help families protect what matters most to them through my agency.
