Jonathan Holladay: Allstate Insurance

Everybody in town knows Mama Joyce — and fortunately for me as the baby of her six kids, the incredible work ethic she displayed while singlehandedly raising us and running her day care business rubbed off on me. Mama Joyce also taught me the right way to run a business and how to treat customers, something I practice every day in my Allstate office in Jasper, Alabama.

Being a part of this community truly matters to me. I serve on the board of directors of the Walker County Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Jasper Business Association and the Walker County Coalition for the Homeless. I also work with Youth Leadership Walker County and the Walker Area Community Foundation.

I value the opportunity to be one of the first people customers call in their worst moments. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family. I also love visiting the mountains in Tennessee and plan to visit every Major League ballpark one day.
