I called for an inspection for mold, that evening Ed called me to get information from me regarding my concerns. We had an appointment for the next day at 9AM. Ed was here at 9 and ready to work. He took his time to inspect the room in question, the attic and the outside of the home. Although he did not find mold, he did suggest where he thought this musky smell we had was coming from. We replaced the items needed and all is well! Thank you Ed and I would highly recommend this company if you have concerns of mold in your home.

I was very happy with the quality of his report which was very important to me. The report was well organized and informative. He is generally nice to work with. However, he can be a little inflexible. We had an awkward encounter with him, where I asked him to inspect another area first and he said no in front of two agents and myself. We were all pretty shocked.

Ed was quite knowledgeable about mold and up-front about the sensitivity as well as limitations of various types of testing. As a scientist, I peppered him with questions and he was able to answer all of them. He provided a test in an area where we cannot see mold but can smell it and he also conducted the test outside by the pool as a baseline. Both samples are sent to the lab and we will receive the results in 3 days.

Ed did a very thorough home inspection and mold test. He would explain each step he was doing and answer any and all questions we had, Very professional and right on time with his inspection report the next day as promised and the mold test results were even a day earlier than expected. Ed Castro called me very quickly in response to my need for a crawlspace inspection. I wanted a very quick turn-around as if the problem was mold, I wanted to address it immediately. Ed came out the same day (within a few hours of our telephone discussion) and performed a thorough inspection. He explained all the details of his findings and made several recommendations. He was very personable, professional and helpful. He also took the time to answer all the questions I had and was in now way rushing to complete the job. I greatly appreciated his responsiveness and quality. I'd highly recommend Ed.

Ed educated me on the seriousness of my families situation and made me feel a lot better on sending them away to stay with family. Just his expression when he walked in the front door I knew he wasn't there to BS me. Gave me very important information about stachybotrys chatarum and the other type of mold that is spreading because of the water back up between the walls and ceiling. Education is the key when it comes to situations like the ones my family and I are facing.
