First Choice In-Home Care

First Choice In-Home Care was created in 1999 to help families within the community find reliable and trustworthy caregivers to provide personal care services to families and individuals in need. Executive Director, Jim Lord, and his wife, Rhona Lord, have first-hand knowledge of how difficult the process to find a caregiver can be.After developing their own caregiver training program which provided instruction on caregiving fundamentals and working with individuals with special needs, they began hiring and training caregivers to work with their son and to work with other families in need. Today, First Choice In-Home Care provides services to over 1,200 clients annually throughout King, Pierce and Snohomish counties and provides over 800,000 service hours to their population of adults and children in need.
