Ashokan Natural Medicine

Dr. Ashley Russell is a Naturopathic Physician who graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine. She has done special training in Natural Childbirth, Botanical Medicine, Homeopathy and Craniosacral therapy.

Dr. Russell treats patients according to the Philosophy of Naturopathic Medicine: Do No Harm, Prevention, Treat the Whole Person, Find the Cause, Educate, and use the Healing Power of Nature.

Dr. Russell will co-manage her patient's health needs with other Physicians and Specialists, offering Referrals to her patients as needed. New Patients will be seen for a 1.5 hour initial consultation. During this visit we will address your chief complaint, review your past medical history and begin developing a plan to start your journey to health.

Subsequent follow-up visits will be a half hour to one hour in length and will be scheduled according to the nature of the complaint. Dr. Russell provides free 15-minute phone consultations prior to the initial visit.
