I also help couples learn how to build and maintain a joyful and worthwhile long-term relationship that is based on attraction, security and mutuality.

Therapy believe that therapy is not just a path towards feeling good, but also to doing good. Healing ourselves and waking up to the truth of who we are is a powerful way to acknowledge work through our less conscious, destructive behaviors and take a more conscious role in how we live and act.
