Steffen Construction is a small 15-employee geotechnical engineering firm based in Tacoma. We specialize in landslide repair for homeowners and engineering companies, utilizing geotechnical engineered designs by our geologists, civil and structural engineers. We build retaining wall systems to stabilize landslides, concrete, pilings and wood lagging with H pilings and blocks. We also design and install drainage systems, drill caissons and pilons, level houses by jacking and brackets, stabilize houses with pilings and brackets and concrete work of all types. We drive pilings & caissons from 2 to 8-inch diameters and install H pilings by driving or drilling for larger retaining walls.
