Buttercream's Bakeshop

Located in Historic downtown Apex, North Carolina, Buttercream's Bakeshop combines equal parts Parisian Cafe chic and small-town southern charm, while whipping up a delectably decadent array of bakery treats. We also carry Larry's Coffee and an assortment of Tea Pigs. Tina Yuhl, Owner and Pastry Chef is a professionally trained graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, New York City. She trained at many of the Who’s Who of NYC Restaurants. Trudie Laches, Bakery Manager and Chef, is professionally trained with 25+ years of food service experience in Catering & Special Occasions. She is famous for her Bubka.
