Mauger Jessica B Atty

Jessica B Mauger began her legal career as an intern at the Prince George County Commonwealths Attorneys Office in the summer of 2004. The following summer she interned at the Hopewell Commonwealths Attorneys Office where she utilized her Third Year Practice Certificate and began handling misdemeanor cases.After graduating from Syracuse, Jessica accepted a full time position as an Assistant Commonwealths Attorney in the Prince George Commonwealths Attorneys Office. While there, she handled a wide variety of criminal cases. She spent the majority of her time prosecuting juvenile cases and further specialized in welfare fraud, felony traffic cases, and crimes arising out of the local jail. She also handled several jury trials during this time. Her six years in Prince George provided her with the experience necessary to go into private practice. Jessica went into private practice in June of 2012. Since that time, she has handled wide variety of criminal, traffic, and domestic matters, including jury experience. She travels to all levels of court in Hopewell, Prince George, Sussex, Colonial Heights, Petersburg, and other local courts.
