The Terrace of St Cloud

We offer spcialized 24 hour nursing care . Each resident will be offered individual televisions and phones, electric beds, laundry and housekeepign services. We also offer daily activities including outings to local shops. Our therapy services are delivered in our private gym as ordered by the resident's physician. Evaluations can be held on individual or group bases session. We offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. We also have many out patient services to offer. This includes general rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation, pain management, fall prevention, and family/caregiver training. Southern Oaks is a ertified location for the Osceola County Alzheimer's Support Group monthly meeting. We are also members of the St Cloud chamber of Commerce and we are accredited.
