Garden City Rehabilitation Center

Garden City Rehabilitation Center is the latest effort by Garden City Treatment Center to bring efficient, quality healthcare to our patients. As an extension of the Emergency Room's services, Garden City Rehabilitation Center has combined efforts with Liberty Physical Therapy in order to provide all of our patients with seamless continuity of care and comprehensive physical therapy. Every patient is evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist and all treatments are supervised by physicians. A personalized treatment plan is then devised based upon the findings of that evaluation and the functional demands of the individual's job. Our treatment approach focuses on manual skills and proper movement. Ultimately, patient education and instruction through an independent home program are an integral part of our patient care. Our eventual goal is to get you feeling like yourself again.
