The Law Offices of Bayard Marin is comprised of Bayard Marin and Valerie M. Carr, as well as several legal assistants. The office is located in Wilmington, Delaware in the historic Quaker Hill area. Bayard Marin founded the firm in 1983 to assist clients in handling legal matters in the areas of personal injury (including automobile accidents), worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, products liability, historic preservation and zoning law. In August 2008, Ms. Carr rejoined the firm to assist clients in the areas of wills, estate planning, probate, real estate transactions, and adult guardianships. Bayard Marin and Valerie M.
