Welcome to Pure Vapor USA. Pure Vapor USA was founded at the end of 2012 by four partners who had all quit smoking through using e-cigs. Rick Cicero III had been managing an electronic cigarette store in Florida for several years and wanted to branch out on his own. Being a former business owner, his father Rick Cicero Jr. saw the e-cig. industry as a way for father and son to realize their dreams of owning a business together. At the same time, two brother in-laws, Michael Keudel and Amedeo Zarra had been researching the e-cig industry as well. Through happenstance the four partners came together and Pure Vapor USA was formed.
