Surveyed by a young George Washington and once owned by Thomas Jefferson, the Bridge provides a unique, historic, picturesque and natural experience.Lexington, just 8 miles north of the campground, has recently netted a big share of tourist interest as one of the best small towns in America. With its rich historical background and an entire downtown that is listed on the State and National register of Historic Places, Lexington has much to offer visitors year-round.Back at the KOA, you can relax in a quiet, wooded, rural setting, nestled in the foothills of the valley.
