The LA Studio, LLC is a Landscape Architecture, Land Planning and Land Entitlement firm born from Mel Easter's 34-plus years of experience as Owner and Principal Landscape Architect with Johnson Braund Design Group, Inc. In early 2011, the JBDG, Inc. partners made a strategic business decision to separate the design disciplines and create two new design practices. On July 1, 2011, Mel launched "The LA Studio, LLC" (The Landscape Architecture Studio).
