Our firm was founded by attorney H. Nathan Resnick more than 15 years ago. A sole practitioner at the time, Mr. Resnick’s early years at this firm were spent focusing on bankruptcy and business law-related matters for clients in metro Detroit’s Tri County Area and southeast Michigan. Today, business law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy law remain key areas of focus. However, as both the size of our firm and its reputation for top quality work and aggressive advocacy have grown — so has our practice, which now includes serving clients with legal needs involving real estate, construction, estate planning, probate and civil appeals.
