Pivot Acupuncture & Physical Therapy was founded by Lainey Wilkinson and Derek Barclay. They are both licensed acupuncturists and have both received Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medical degrees from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Derek is also a licensed physical therapist and offers additional insight into physical rehabilitation. Together, Lainey and Derek offer their patients a wide variety of treatments and services including herbal medicine, Chinese medical massage, and eastern dietary therapy.

Acupuncture has many uses including the treatment autoimmune disease, abdominal problems and gynecological disorders. At Pivot Acupuncture & Physical Therapy, they offer acupuncture for weight loss, pain management, fertility, and migraines.
