Land Designs LLC is a landscape design/build firm based in Mechanicsville, Virginia committed to performing landscaping services with the highest degree of quality and integrity. We serve the entire Greater Richmond area. With over 30 years of experience in a wide range of landscape applications, owner John Land incorporates a keen eye for design and space with acute problem solving, and future problem preventing, applications that combine beauty and functionality. He has an Associate?s Degree in Horticulture and is a Certified Paver Installer from ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute). Land Designs performs the following services: landscape design and installation (planting , bed construction, mulching), landscape design and installation (patios, walkways and retaining walls), low-voltage lighting design and installation, drainage solutions, grading, erosion control, lawn installation (sod or seed), trimming and cleanups, and storm cleanup.
