We do not accept Medicaid, the medical card, or HMO plans. We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare. We are currently not accepting new patients that have Public Aid or Medicaid insurance. We do not provide home visits. Foot & Ankle Physicians Group strives to provide the highest quality of foot and ankle treatment by providing customized care to each patient and treating them in a personal and professional manner.Conditions treated and services provided include but are not limited to: Heel pain (bone spur, plantar fascitis), Muscle and tendon pain, Ankle sprains, Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, athlete’s foot), Warts, Foot odor, Fungal and discolored nails, Flat feet, Nerve pain (neuroma, neuritis), Bunions, Fractures, Ingrown toenails, Diabetic Neuropathy, Diabetic Ulcers, Gout, Custom shoe inserts “orthotics", Diabetic Shoes, Insurance Plans: We participate with most insurance plans, including Medicare. We participate in some HMO plans and are currently not accepting new patients that have Medicaid or Public Aid insurance.
