We are a Provider for: United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Kaiser, Secure Horizons, Medicare, Cofinity, and others. For people that do not have insurance, we have cash discounts and payment plans available. NO Medicaid.
