Fit For Life has been providing fitness, knowledge, friendship and advice to North Texas with FREE childcare, group training, experienced personal trainers and fully equipped executive fitness centers for over 20 years.
Many of our world-class trainers, instructors, employees and members have been with us since we opened in 1991. The owners are almost always onsite and we strive to make Fit For Life a better place to work, stay fit and play.
Fit For Life Cityview is still located at the corner of Bryant Irving and I-20.
Fit For Life Willow Park is located across from Railhead @ 119 S. Ranch House Road.
