Your consistent 2-3x per weekly workout will ensure you develop a stable core and dynamic movement, leading to an extraordinary outcome. Work with Janette 2-3 times per week in group classes or privately, to achieve your next level, with our Pilates sequence of exercises. Each time you workout, you will discover new ways of accessing the long lean pathways to health, that cause your body to become stronger, more aligned, better postured.

Exercise your muscles for a body that becomes lean and tone, elongated with dynamic flexibility and strength. The r Pilates workout progression utilizes the spring of the Reformer and Cadillac, working to grow from the inside up!

Janette will lead you through a masterful exercise progression, from beginning through to super advance. The apparatus facilitates the stability and spring resistance for the specialized Pilates stretch, strengthen, elongation, alignment and core power connection.

Apparatus Classes in groups are offered Monday-Saturday with Private lessons by appointment.
