In recent years Russia and other CIS countries have been flooded with low quality homogeneous IP cameras. The security cameras circulating the market were unable to meet the needs of Intelligent Security Systems Group, an innovative Video Management Software company, and its clients. ISS’ need for quality cameras led to the birth of Prime Target LLC.
Since its creation, Prime Target and Intelligent Security Systems Group have been inseparable; they even share the same US location. The two companies also share other resources such as knowledge base, customer contacts within corporate and government sectors, and market development efforts. All of Prime Target’s cameras are fully integrated with ISS’ VMS, video analytics and other partner solutions. The two companies share a close partnership but remain separate legal entities.
Our main goal at Prime Target is customer satisfaction; to achieve this we spend a considerable amount of time on market analysis to make sure the products we introduce or represent are the best fit and always at the technological forefront. Also, we place great emphasis on educating our sales team and partners on products so the final customer will receive the best solution possible.
Prime Target knows that the Russian and CIS markets have many security cameras and camera providers to choose from but our aim is to be the obvious choice for quality, innovation and customer service. To achieve this we carefully choose our partners, train our staff and research the needs of our customers.
