Tyson Daniel is a trial lawyer and founder of The Daniel Law Firm PC - a full service Law Firm located in Roanoke, Virginia. Before forming The Daniel Law Firm, Tyson served as Senior Assistant Capital Defender with the Capital Defense Unit for the Western District of Virginia (CDU). As part of the CDU team, Tyson handled numerous Capital Murder (Death Penalty) cases at the Circuit Court (trial Court) level.

As a criminal defense lawyer, Tyson has been rated by his peers as among Virginia's "Legal Elite." Tyson appears in numerous Courts on an almost daily basis and handles everything from simple traffic matters to serious felony cases. After jury trials involving defendants facing Capital charges, Tyson has seen, experienced and been successful against the most serious charges the government can bring and against which a person must fight with their life, in some instances - literally, on-the-line.

With regard to experience in the business world and with respect to the practice of "civil law", Tyson has actually started several companies of his own and has, in fact, raised venture capital himself [over $1M for one of his "start-ups"]; so, Tyson understands how successful businesses thrive and, hence, the needs of his business clients.
