Vintage Grace

Vintage Grace is the only independent not-for-profit adult program serving the greater Derry area (Derry, Londonderry, Chester, Windham, Salem and Manchester). Founded in 1996 to provide a safe environment for adults and seniors to receive medical attention, healthy meals and daily activities to stimulate cognitive function and provide socialization. Vintage Grace serves low-income adults the majority of whom have major medical impairments and/or cognitive disabilities, such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Vintage Grace differentiates itself from nursing homes, assisted living facilities and group homes by allowing for greater independence and mobility for those clients who are able. Targeted support services help clients live successfully in this less restrictive environment.
